The Gnostic Prayer Book is such a wonderful and practical book. It has been of so such help to me

I've always been afraid of going through an experience that I couldn't bear, so I've always been afraid of confronting the physical pain of dying. However this book presents material that gives a person with reservations like me reason to face death in a more even manner. We are continually reminded here that there is no free lunch -- we must strive and suffer for our gains, and that's just the way it is, but that we can also influence our destiny.
The book is written in a style that is easy to understand and pleasant to read. A glossary is included.

First time burning this incense, I settled down to read and when the space began to receive this incense I sat up, a bit surprised, at how it felt the plants were really working to cut through lingering/stagnant energies. The smell has levels, the cypress has a neat boldness too it, but over all, like the description says, its like a quiet forest. Clean, clear, on many levels.
I'm thankful for this blend- helpful for a time of purification of mental vices.
