I was so happy to receive this book. At 61 with some pre-existing conditions and looking for alternative treatments. Wholestic and gnostic medical traditions may be the answer. After all, there is no better medicine than what Mother Nature provides.

Helpful Book for Transmutation

This is a nice little book to have in the altar. It is a good reference to help the spiritual aspirant to transmute the creative energies with different rites and practices.

it works

I had a lot of muscular imbalances/problems from the imbalances(messed up shoulders that was leading to back problems) and had a lot of problems maintaining positive muscle mass and its all cured now plus more. If you stick with this, daily, it works. my body feels better than it did in high school. I'm not "buff" but its crazy how every muscle will show.
