Japanese style incense in a lovely gift box.
Chrysanthemum is related to Gemini and Scorpio.
The incense is nestled in a paulownia box while the packaging is adorned with Japanese patterns in traditional colors. We paid special attention to textures and made sure the packaging has a luxurious surface finish. The Ukiyo-e paintings printed inside the package express the aesthetic during the Edo period.
Each incense includes an incense holder that resembles the stone pavements of Edo. Tin was a favored metal by the upper class during the Edo period. The tin incense stand included in the package can be washed with water and will last for a long time.
Chrysanthemum flowers "mums" are beautiful Fall flowering plants, and this Chrysanthemum incense is just as sweet and beautiful to the sense of smell as the mum flowers are to the sight! I will say, as with other incense, in my experience it's best not to use this incense too many days in a row, as the smell tends to lose it's novelty. Whereas, when I keep this incense in a regular rotation with other incense, I find the effects of its scent are more noticeable due to the principle of novelty. Thank you @Glorian for introducing me to another great incense stick that has enriched my incense experience and collection. I highly recommend this incense and many other incense on the Glorian store website, they are great aids to meditation practices. May all beings be free!
