  • Benzoin Resin Incense, First Grade

Very pure, high quality benzoin resin.

This is a first grade benzoin from Sumatra.

Benzoin is derived from styrax (storax) trees. It is a common incense in India, Orthodox Christian and Roman Catholic traditions. Astrologically, it is related to the Sun.

Includes one (1) ounce of benzoin resin.

    Uses of Benzoin:

    • Repel negative emotions
    • Dispel negative thoughts
    • Cleanse a space
    • Drive away negative influences

    How to Use:

    • In a brazier or firesafe pot, light an incense charcoal. When it is white hot, place some benzoin onto the coal. Some prefer to crush or powder the incense first. Enjoy!

"Benzoin purifies the astral body and dispels gross and sensual thoughts. Benzoin can be mixed with incense in a perfume censer, or all can be burned within a brazier. This is the most practical way." - Samael Aun Weor, The Perfect Matrimony

"The storax [styrax or benzoin] tree symbolizes wisdom and justice. The mantra of this tree is “Toliphando.” The elemental department of the storax tree is found to be intimately related with the activities of karma." —Samael Aun Weor, Igneous Rose

    It's the vanillins!!!

I LOVE this incense Vanilla has always been one of my favorite things in this world. However it is no doubt more complicated than that. It's a sweet, earthy, embracing aroma that one must try to know for themselves.
